As much as I want to play Maureen (and mostly Mimi) in RENT, I’ve come to the realization that I’d also love to play Mark’s mom. Because it is my dream to be the overbearing and loving Jewish mama onstage. I mean I’ve already been a rabbi for Yahweh’s sake, it can’t be that much of a stretch.
